What court assistance is available under the StaRUG?
Various court instruments are available under the StaRUG (the German Act on the Stabilisation and Restructuring Framework for Businesses), including the court-supervised plan voting procedure, the preliminary examination, stabilisation measures and court confirmation of a restructuring plan.
