About us
The Worstbrock-Group is represented by WZS GmbH and is based in Germany in Osnabrück, Frankfurt am Main and Greifswald.
The group has its roots in the Unternehmensberatung Worstbrock, the consultancy Günter Worstbrock founded in 1989. In the years after German reunification he taught founders who came from the planned economy the fundamentals of running a business in a market economy and supported them as they built up their companies.
Under Alexander Worstbrock new lines of business were added, and restructuring advisory became the main focus. Shareholdings in existing companies and new companies of its own broadened the portfolio. Those who advised founders in 1989 now found and run companies themselves. Under this roof work two owner-managed firms and the companies that hold the group’s shareholdings.
Combined strengths: the Worstbrock-Group
The advisory business supports companies in restructuring, development and economic realignment. Clients work with owners who run companies themselves, not with a firm that knows business only from its mandates.
Numerous shareholdings in different sectors and at locations throughout Germany make up the Worstbrock-Group as a whole, with a total workforce in the high three-digit range.

How we work
We combine integrated planning, clear action plans and reliable scheduling. This ensures that progress, risks and decisions remain transparent at all times. We operate on a supra-regional basis from three locations.
Our clients include owners, shareholders and managing directors, ranging from specialist firms to corporate groups with multiple sites. It is not size that matters, but rather the responsibility for financial stability, employees and organisational structures.

We come to your premises, not to a conference hotel. The figures are worked out where they have to hold true.
Approach
Three locations, one team: Osnabrück, Frankfurt am Main, Greifswald. In proceedings involving a syndicate of lenders, one person leads the negotiations and remains the same until the plan is confirmed by the court.
