Is there protection against enforcement in StaRUG proceedings?
Yes. In proceedings under the StaRUG (the German Act on the Stabilisation and Restructuring Framework for Businesses), the restructuring court can, on application, prohibit or provisionally suspend enforcement measures if this is necessary to achieve the restructuring objective.
